初效纸框过滤器Primary paper frame filter
The outer frame of the initial effect paper frame filter is generally divided into a general hard paper frame and a high-strength die cut hard cardboard. The filter element is made of pleated fiber filter material lined with single-sided metal wire mesh. Beautiful appearance. The structure is sturdy and durable. The general cardboard frame is used to manufacture non-standard filters and can be used for the production of filters of any size. It has high strength and is not easily deformed. High strength die cut cardboard is used to manufacture standard specification filters, characterized by high specification accuracy, low aesthetic cost. If imported face fiber or synthetic fiber filter materials are used, their various performance indicators can reach or exceed those of imported filters.
初效纸框过滤器的外框一般分为一般硬纸框和高强度模切硬纸板，滤芯为打褶的纤维过滤材料内衬单面金属丝网。外型美观。结构坚固耐用。一般硬纸板外框用于制造非标规格的过滤器，可用于任意规格过滤器生产，高强度，不易变形。高强度模切硬纸板用于制造标准规格的过滤器，特点为规格精度高，美观成本低。如果用进口面纤维或合成纤维过滤材料，则其各项性能指标均可达到或超过进口过滤器。

Media support grid: welded steel wire, anti-corrosive
焊接钢丝护网，表面防锈处理。
