The application and characteristics of activated carbon filters
Activated carbon filter adopts aluminum honeycomb, plastic honeycomb and paper honeycomb with through-hole structure as carrier. Compared with the traditional activated carbon filter, it has better gas dynamics performance, small bulk density, large specific surface area, high adsorption efficiency and small wind resistance coefficient. Honeycomb activated carbon filter is made of powdered activated carbon on polyurethane foam, and its carbon content is around 35%-50%. With the efficient adsorption performance of activated carbon, it can be used for air purification to remove volatile organic compounds formaldehyde, toluene, hydrogen sulfide, chlorobenzene and airborne pollutants. With low air resistance and low energy consumption, it can deodorize and remove odors and purify the environment with a certain air volume. Activated carbon filter can be widely used to deal with all kinds of gases containing toluene, xylene, benzene and other benzenes, phenols, esters, alcohols, aldehydes and other organic gases as well as malodorous gases and low concentration and large air volume containing trace amounts of heavy metals. Adsorption and concentration of waste gas, purification can be directly discharged ...
