HEPA filter

Overview.

HEPA, which stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air, is the most effective filtering medium for contaminants such as smoke, dust and bacteria.

HEPA filter element materials mainly include PP filter paper, glass fiber filter paper, washable composite filter paper, meltblown non-woven fabric and meltblown glass fiber, etc.; the frame material can be used paper frame, aluminum frame and plastic frame, etc..

Characteristics:

For 0.1-0.3um of fine dust, the filtration efficiency can be as high as 97%-99.99% (the diameter of smoke particles produced by smoking is 0.5 microns), effectively removing dust, pollen, smoke, soot, bacteria, radioactive particles, impurities ions, so that the air is fully purified.

According to the parameters of filtration efficiency, air volume, resistance, etc., we can choose different material filter elements and process them into various sizes and shapes, which can be used in different air purification models.

Applications:

Household purifier, medical purifier, central air conditioning, home air conditioning, car air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, projector and other fields.

1: Cannot be washed and generally cannot be reused.

2: If the end-of-life HEPA is not replaced in time, secondary pollution may occur.
