Industrial Combination Filter

I. Different functions.
Primary filter: mainly used for filtering dust particles above 5μm, applicable to the primary filtration of air-conditioning system;
Intermediate filter: belonging to the F series of air filters, generally bag filters, including F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9 grades. Intermediate filters are widely used in air conditioning systems, mainly for filtering dust particles over 1-5um;
High Efficiency Filter: Mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended matters below 0.5um.
II. Different materials.
Primary filter: the outer frame material includes paper frame. Aluminum frame. Galvanized iron frame, filtration materials include non-woven fabric. Nylon mesh. Activated carbon filter material. Metal hole mesh, etc.; Intermediate filter: bag type, frame type, combined type and so on;
High-efficiency filter: adopts ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper. Aluminum film and other materials are used as the dividing board, and glued with the wooden frame aluminum alloy.
III. Filtration with different precision and speed.
