The production process of air filters is divided into five production steps, details of which are as follows:

The gap between the two end surfaces of the cartridge and the shell, filled with crushed filter paper, stuffed with glue or crushed paper dipped in glue. Plug to slightly below the height of the paper layer when filling a layer of latex. Be careful when stuffing, to prevent the cartridge wrinkles or stuffing broken. Stuffed tightly, in the shell and cartridge contact with the surrounding surface brush a layer of adhesive, and then dry and then fill the latex. Priority after drying, still need to brush layer of adhesive, and then irrigation for the second time, a total of three times. After filling the rubber are required to dry or drying, in the filter processing and filter assembly, there are continuous filling of rubber operation steps, because the latex has a period of use, more than l5 days, so in case of rainy days or low temperature, the latex is not easy to dry, need to be placed in the oven to bake. Baking temperature shall not be higher than 60 degrees.
