(1) Asymmetric fiber filter media structure
The core technology of high-efficiency automatic gradient density fiber filter is to use asymmetric fiber bundle material as the filter material, one end of which is a loose fiber bundle, and the other end of the fiber bundle is fixed in the solid body of larger specific gravity, when filtering, the solid nucleus of larger specific gravity plays a role in the compression of the fiber bundle density, and at the same time, due to the smaller size of the nucleus, it does not have much effect on the uniformity of the distribution of the filtering cross-section of the void rate, thus improving the filter bed's Interceptor capacity. So that the filter bed has the advantages of fiber filtration with high porosity, small specific surface area, high filtration speed, large dirt-holding capacity, high filtration precision, etc. When the suspended matter in the water flows through the surface of the fiber filter media, under the effect of van der Waals gravity and electrostatic force, the adhesion force of the suspended solids and fiber bundles is much larger than that of the adherence with the quartz sand, which is conducive to the improvement of the filtration speed and filtration precision.
When backwashing, due to the specific gravity difference between the core and the fiber filament, the comet tail fiber spreads out and swings with the backwashing water flow, which produces strong flinging force; the mutual collision between the filter media also exacerbates the mechanical force of the fibers in the water, and the irregular shape of the filter media makes the filter media rotate under the action of the backwashing water flow and air flow, which strengthens the mechanical shear force of the filter media during the backwashing. The solid particles attached to the surface of the fiber can be easily dislodged, thus improving the cleaning degree of the filter media, so that the asymmetric fiber filter media has the backwashing function of the granular filter media at the same time.
(2) Continuous gradient density filter bed structure with sparse top and dense bottom
Asymmetric fiber bundle filter media composed of the filter bed in the compaction of the water flow, the water flow through the filter layer resistance, from top to bottom, the head loss is gradually reduced, the water flow rate is getting faster and faster, the degree of compaction of the filter media is getting higher and higher, the porosity is getting smaller and smaller, so that along the direction of the water flow, the automatic formation of continuous gradient density of the filter layer distribution, the formation of an inverted pyramid of the structure. The structure is very conducive to the effective separation of suspended solids in the water, i.e., the particles desorbed from the upper part of the filter bed are easily captured and retained in the lower part of the filter bed with narrow channels, realizing the unity of high filtration speed and high-precision filtration, increasing the dirt-holding capacity of the filter, and prolonging the filtration cycle.
After that we want to give you specific information about the characteristics of H13 high efficiency filters.
(1) Large dirt-holding capacity: generally 15-35kg/m3, more than 4 times that of ordinary sand filter.
(2) High filtration precision: the removal rate of suspended solids in water can be up to 95% or more, and there is a certain removal of impurities such as macromolecule organics, viruses, bacteria, colloids, iron, etc. After good coagulation treatment of the treated water, the influent water is 10NTU, and the effluent water is 1NTU or less.
(3) Low backwash water consumption rate: backwash water consumption is less than 1~2% of the cycle filtration water.
(4) Small footprint: to produce the same amount of water, the footprint is less than 1/3 of an ordinary sand filter.
(5) Strong adjustability. Parameters such as filtration precision, dirt-holding capacity and filtration resistance can be adjusted as required.
(6) Fast filtration speed: generally 40m/h, up to 60m/h, more than 3 times of ordinary sand filter.
(7) The filter media is durable and has a life span of more than 20 years.
(8) Low dosage, low operating costs: due to the structure of the filter bed and the characteristics of the filter media itself, the amount of flocculant dosage is 1/2 to 1/3 of the conventional technology. the increase in the cycle of water production, tons of water operating costs have been reduced.
