First of all, we first elaborate the principle of the role of the filter, that is, the five effects. As we all know, the dust particles in the air are very small, it is difficult to capture with the naked eye, it is necessary to use special materials, so that the dust particles in the passage of the dust particles are intercepted, captured.

It mainly filters new air and return air.
3、High-medium-efficiency filter, filtration particle size ≥ 1 um, filtration efficiency in 70%-90%, initial resistance ≤ 100 pa, it can be used as a general purification of the end of the filter, purification is not high, the requirements are not strict.
4, sub-high efficiency filter, filter particle size ≥ 0.5 um, filtration efficiency ≥ 95%, initial resistance ≤ 120 pa. can also be used as a purification level is not high end filter.
5, high-efficiency filters, high-efficiency filters are more common, used for purification workshop more, filter particle size ≥ 0.3 um, filtration efficiency ≥ 99.99%, initial resistance ≤ 220 pa.
6, ultra-high efficiency filter, filter particle size ≥ 0.1 um, filtration efficiency ≥ 99.999%, initial resistance ≤ 280 pa, ultra-high-efficiency filters can be used in the purification level of the requirements of the clean room is very high. Such as microelectronics industry.
