What is carbon fiber? It is produced from raw filaments of polyacrylonitrile, viscose or asphalt fibers that are pre-oxidized at high temperatures and then carbonized or graphitized at ultra-high temperatures. Surface heating material voltage can be divided into conventional voltage (380V, 220V and 11or) and safety voltage (36V, 12V and 6V). These surface heating materials in industrial and agricultural production and daily life is becoming more and more widely used, such as low-temperature industrial container heating insulation, agricultural warming room heating. Because of the low-temperature insulation and corrosion-resistant heat generator, it can be used to heat the soil directly on the plant roots, which is more energy-saving than heat transfer through the air. In Russia and Scandinavia, carbon fiber nonwoven fabric surface heating material is widely used for home heating, surface heating material and wall, carpet combination, combined with arts and crafts, this use of radiation low-temperature heating with the advantages of comfort and power saving. Carbon fiber nonwoven texture is soft, low resistivity, for the development of flexible surface heating materials under safe voltage to provide a guarantee, and this flexible surface heating materials in home heating, human health care in many areas have a considerable market.
