Air filter resistance

I. Requirements for the use of bag-type medium-effect filters
(1) Commonly used filter materials for high-efficiency air filters include ultra-fine glass fiber and so on.
(2) The main control parameters for the selection of high-efficiency air filters are filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance, dust capacity and so on.
(3) The air filter should meet the fire prevention requirements, and the high-efficiency air filter is divided into three levels according to the degree of fire resistance: Level 1 filter, the filter materials are all non-combustible materials, and the non-combustible materials must meet the GB8624-1997A level. The filter material of Grade 2 filter should be GB8624-1997 Grade A non-combustible material, and the divider and frame can meet the requirements of GB8624-1997 Grade B2.
(4) High-efficiency air filter is a high-efficiency air filter, according to GB/T6165-1985 "high-efficiency air filter performance test methods through the rate and resistance" in the method specified in the transmittance rate of ≤ 0.1% (i.e., the efficiency of ≥ 99.9%) or particle size ≥ 0.1μ m particles of transmittance ≤ 0.001% (i.e., the efficiency of ≥ 99.9991 TP3T) as high-efficiency air filters.
