Mainly divided into: high efficiency filter with partition, high efficiency filter without partition, V-BED high efficiency filter, high temperature resistant high efficiency filter.
High efficiency filter without partition
Separatorless filters use hot melt adhesive to separate the filter material instead of the aluminum foil used in separator filters. Since there is no separator, 50mm thick HEPA filters can achieve the performance of 150mm thick HEPA filters. With the same filter area and efficiency, the airflow of 90mm thick HEPA can be 1.3 times the airflow of SPAN 150mm thick and twice the airflow of SPAN 150mm thick, with the same filter area and efficiency. It meets today's stringent requirements for air purification in terms of space and weight, as well as energy consumption.
High efficiency filter with partition
Separated plate high-efficiency filter is made of ultrafine fiber as filter material, high-quality kraft paper hot roll forming or offset paper, aluminum platinum as separator, and glued with wooden frame or aluminum alloy frame, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large air volume. The high-efficiency filter with partition mostly adopts double-sided adhesive coated coated paper as the partition board, in order to prevent the partition board from shrinking under the influence of heat, cold, dryness and humidity, so as to emit particles. It is suitable for low-level non-unidirectional flow projects with various purification equipment and clean plants. Among the partition filters, aluminum partition filters are mainly used in high temperature or high humidity environments, and paper partition filters are used in general clean environments. The air volume of compartment filter is relatively large, and it can be used as high-temperature resistant filtration.
V-type close pleated filter
It is used in general ventilation system, characterized by large filtration area, low resistance and long service life. It can be used as a pre-filter for high efficiency filter, thus effectively extending the service life of high efficiency filter.
High Temperature High Efficiency Filter
The filter can be used in high temperature environments up to 250°C and has a filtration efficiency of 99.99% @0.3μm.

High Efficiency Filter
High-efficiency filters, which have been designed and developed to meet the need for high airflow at low resistance. LV's high-efficiency series can achieve air velocities of up to 2.5m/s (i.e. 500 field meters) at an initial resistance of 250Pa. 5m/s (i.e. 500 field meters) at an initial resistance of 250Pa.
