The application and characteristics of activated carbon filters

Honeycomb activated carbon filters are made of powdered activated carbon loaded on polyurethane foam with a carbon content of about 35%-50%. With the efficient adsorption performance of activated carbon, it can be used for air purification to remove volatile organic compounds formaldehyde, toluene, hydrogen sulfide, chlorobenzene and airborne pollutants. With low air resistance and low energy consumption, it can deodorize and remove odors and purify the environment with a certain air volume.

Activated carbon filter can be widely used to deal with all kinds of gases containing toluene, xylene, benzene and other benzenes, phenols, esters, alcohols, aldehydes and other organic gases as well as malodorous gases and gases containing trace amounts of heavy metals with low concentration and large air volume. The waste gas can be directly discharged after adsorption, concentration and purification.
